The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community India organized Eid Milan Party in Chandigarh in which the Honorable Chief Minister of Punjab Shri Sardar Parkash Singh Badal Participated
On 29th July 2015 the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community India conducted Eid Milan Party in Hotel Shivalik View in Chandigarh.
The Honorable Chief Minister of Punjab Shri Sardar Parkash Singh Badal graced this function with his esteemed presence. The Ahmadiyya Muslim India is so much grateful for the Honorable CM of Punjab attended this function and encouraged the community despite his illness and busy schedule. The Honorable CM of Punjab was accompanied by many of his Ministers such as Mr. Dil Jeet Singh, Mr. Tota Singh, Mr. Sardar Sewa Singh Sekhwan and other dignitaries.
The program commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran after which Mr. Muhammad Hamid Kausar welcomed the audience of behalf of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community and introduced the program. The guests were humbly welcomed in this program as the atmosphere was filled with grief after the Dina Nagar attack and the unexpected death of the former president Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam.
The Honorable CM of Punjab addressed the gathering briefly in which he expressed his grief over the Dina Nagar attack and the death of the former president Dr. APJ. Abdul Kalam. The Honorable CM of Punjab expressed his best wishes and regards for the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community. He also said that he is always ready to help the community in every aspect. He said any demand of the community is very much pious to me and I will try to fulfill it. He also conveyed EID wishes to all the participants.
Meanwhile, a short documentary was shown in which some of the extracts from the keynote address of the Worldwide Head of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community Hazrat Mirza Masoor Ahmad the fifth Khalifa was shown which impressed the audience. The audience appreciated the peaceful teachings of Islam Ahmadiyyat and expressed their well wishes for the peace promoting efforts of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community throughout the world.
Many of the intellectuals from Chandigarh participated in this program and expressed their gratitude and wishes.
The Ahmadiyya Muslim community’s representatives were Mr. Muhammad Nasim Khan Sec for External Affairs AMC, Mr. Makhdum Sharif, Mr. Fazlur Rahman Bhatti and other dignitaries.
